No previous delivery experience is required. Full onboarding and route training are provided, making this suitable for both new delivery drivers and experienced multi-drop couriers. However, experience of driving long wheelbase vans is preferred.

All drivers receive 1 days classroom training with Amazon plus 2 ride alongs with our drivers. This includes app training, delivery procedures, route guidance, and safety procedures.
The number of deliveries varies depending on route size and area density. The Flex App constantly monitors driver progress and adjusts stop number and route size per each individual driver’s ability to be achievable within the 9 hour window.
The routes are scheduled for 9 hours. Start and finish times vary depending on wave times allocated by Amazon.

Drivers based at our Cumbernauld depot operate across North Lanarkshire and the Central Belt, with additional trunking work to Fradley available from this location.
Yes, overnight trunking work is available for Class 1 drivers. This is typically a two-man buddy system driving to Fradley and back.
