I work part time shifts as I am a full time firefighter and from the recruitment to management everyone couldn’t be anymore accommodating round about my shifts when I want to work, it’s run extremely well from top to bottom and the daily task within itself is a very comfortable and enjoyable workspace, everyone you work with is very courteous and always there to help if there is any issues. The downside is sometimes maybe the quantity of parcels and the later wave times we have to start. But again if the management can be they are extremely accommodating with any issues that come forth.
Class 1 Driver – Kilmarnock
Start of the shift involves strapping freight and closing curtains then deliver down south in a two man team, get unloaded then reloaded and drive back to base, the other drivers were great to get on with, the management was well organized and also great to get on with and always professional, the hardest part of the job was the long hours and Nightshift which ended on the Saturday morning. I only left the company through family reasons, if a job came up working for the company again I would probably take it, I enjoyed my time with the company and would recommend them,

It’s evident that PPS truly values its employees, and it’s a joy to be part of such a collaborative and supportive team. I highly recommend joining for anyone seeking a rewarding and uplifting work environment!

A typical day at work is tough fast pacing and a great challenge. The management and recruitment team are by far very positive and attentive. It’s a family for sure you feel part of the team and wanted. I should have made this jump along time ago however I am glad I have now. Any issues the team and colleagues are always at hand to assist. Great performance all round. Look forward to going to work everyday and everyday is for sure different.

Support from management team is great when we have an issue they try and resolve it immediately for us. very approachable and friendly. yes the job is hard work but the old saying hard work pays off is true in this role and being part of the biggest company in the station has its benefits like early load times which means early finish times and lets be honest who doesn’t like an early finish lol.
