We are recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Day Shift Drivers in Cumbernauld and the Central Belt, supporting distribution across Glasgow, Stirling, and surrounding areas. These roles offer consistent daytime and night time work with a mix of trunking and local deliveries.
Local pallet deliveries and collections
Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk, Milngavie, Clydebank, Dumbarton
Modern articulated vehicles, maintained to a high standard

Required for all Class 1 roles

We are hiring Class 1 (C+E) Night Shift Drivers in Cumbernauld, focusing on trunking operations and long-distance routes across Scotland and the UK. Ideal for drivers seeking reliable night work and higher earning potential.
Depot-to-depot trunking and RDC runs
Overnight trunking between Cumbernauld and Fradley
Modern articulated fleet used for trunking operations
£48,452 per year
4:00 - 7:30pm start
Required for all Class 1 roles

Our Class 2 (Category C) roles focus on multi-drop pallet deliveries across Lanarkshire and Central Scotland, offering steady local work with structured routes.
Delivering palletised goods to commercial customers
Central Belt coverage including Glasgow, Falkirk and Lanarkshire
Modern and well maintained rigid vehicles
£35,218 per year
Start times between 7:00-8:00am
Required for rigid vehicle operation.
Must be current and valid
Required for all driving roles
Must be physically capable of multi-drop/manual work
Preferred experience using tail-lifts and pump trucks
Our Cumbernauld depot is a key operating site within the Palletways network, supporting a wide range of Class 1 and Class 2 driving work across central Scotland and beyond. Located in a prime transport position (29-47 Napier Road, G68 0EF) close to major motorway links, the depot enables efficient trunking and multi-drop operations for a variety of customers.

Cumbernauld, Coatbridge, Airdrie.
Central Scotland:
Milngavie, Clydebank, Dumbarton, Alexandria, Helensburgh, Falkirk, Grangemouth, Stirling, Perth & Kinross, Dundee, Aberdeen trunk routes and surrounding regional routes.
Regional and network:
G67, G68, G81, G82, G83, FK, PH, DD, and AB postcode regions, covering wider routes across central Scotland.
